GENERAL HOMM MASSAGE AND SPA TERMS & CONDITIONS

Arrival Time

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment start time to allow time for you to change and unwind. Arriving late will reduce the treatment time, to ensure the next guest is not delayed.

Reservations

To secure your preferred time and service, we recommend booking in advance. For appointments lasting 2 hours or longer, a deposit will be collected. If you are using a massage gift card, please provide the card number at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase. Lost/stolen vouchers cannot be reclaimed.

Cancellations

If you are unable to make your appointment, we kindly request a 24-hour notice. A cancellation fee will be applied for last-minute cancellations.

Payments

Homm accepts cash, American Express, EFTPOS, After Pay, Mastercard and VISA.

Spa Etiquette

In consideration of all guests' comfort and relaxation, we kindly request that noise be kept to a minimum at all times. Please be aware that our spa is a smoke-free environment.

Pregnancy

Please inform us of your pregnancy at the time of booking. Our spa treatments may be recommended after the first trimester.

Health Conditions

Please inform us at the time of booking of any medical or health conditions, allergies or injury, or if you are undergoing radiation or chemotherapy. We recommend that you discuss with your doctor which treatments are safe for you.
